At Arts North we have convenient Class Cards that are interchangeable for all the drop in classes offered, and can be shared among family members up to a maximum of 4 people. There are many benefits to the Class Card including the freedom to take classes at your leisure, familes can use the same card, and the ability to experience a variety of classes.

Build your body leaner and stronger from the ground up in this intermediate level class. Use the unique resistance of the Bosu with the Pilates principles to maximize muscle activation in the lower body, midriff and even the upper body. Core training is part of every exercise so you build strong, lean muscle tone and total body strength.
Control, power and endurance define Bosu Step. In this challenging class you will be working cardiovascular and muscular endurance every second of every minute. This workout promises results and will leave your muscles quivering!
High energy low‐impact class that focuses on legs, glutes and abdominals by utilizing resistance bands and physio balls. Feel the burn and see results!
Do you love to dance? Are you looking to burn calories? This is a low-impact, high-energy class consisting of choreographed sequences designed to accommodate all fitness levels.
Classes focus on abdominal strengthening and toning through the use of physio balls and small weights which target that unwanted bulge.
Builds on the 26 basic exercises with an emphasis on fluidity and control. If you have a history of low back pain, this class will increase strength and flexibility with pain‐free movement. STOTT trained instructor.
Classes will explore the basic technique practices created by Joseph H. Pilates in the early 20th century to improve flexibility, breathing, core strength, muscular strength and tone while providing participants with an increased sense of well‐being. STOTT trained instructor.

An introductory class to various dance genres for children 4‐6 years.
Classes fuse ballet, jazz and modern dance within different pieces of choreography which will enhance student technique and the ability to learn material quickly. For ages 14+.
Classes explore a variety of hip‐hop dance genres including krumping, breaking and house dance. For ages 14+.
